Can I return or exchange my order?

✔️ Unopened & unused items
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days as long as the packaging is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

✔️ Size exchange
Ordered the wrong size? We offer one free size exchange (unopened packaging).

✔️ Incorrect item or product issue
If you received the wrong size, wrong product, or a damaged/defective item, we will replace it or arrange a refund immediately.

What cannot be returned?

❌ Opened packaging or used items
❌ Underwear tried directly on the skin (hygiene rules)
❌ Washed items or products without original tags/packaging

• Your name & order number

• Short description of the issue or request

• Photo if the product arrived damaged or incorrect

Once approved, you will receive instructions or a return label (Norway only).

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the item is returned and approved.
Funds will be refunded to the original payment method.
