For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products or items that have been opened or tried on.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused
Unopened in the original packaging
Free from marks, odor, or signs of wear

This is to protect customer safety and maintain the premium standard of our products.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, bralettes, intimate items, socks that have been opened or tried on, or any products that have been in direct contact with the skin once the packaging has been opened.

Socks (if opened or tried on)
