Subscription Terms of Use – Konquer Wear

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all subscription services (“Subscription”) offered by Konquer Wear (hereinafter “we”, “us” or “Konquer”).
By creating a subscription to our products, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription content

A subscription gives you regular delivery of selected Konquer products (such as underwear, socks or t-shirts) at a discounted price .
The standard discount is 10% off the regular price , with delivery every 6 months , unless otherwise stated when ordering.

As a subscriber, you also receive benefits such as priority access to new collections, exclusive promotions and easy management of your deliveries.

3. Payment and invoicing

  • The subscription is automatically invoiced at each renewal.

  • Payment is made via the selected payment method (for example, card, Vipps or Klarna).

  • If the payment fails, the amount will be re-attempted to be withdrawn. If the payment still does not go through, the subscription can be paused or terminated.

4. Change, pause and termination

  • You can change, pause or cancel your subscription at any time via your Konquer Wear account.

  • To avoid new billing, changes or cancellations must be made no later than 7 days before the next renewal date .

  • Upon cancellation after billing, already paid products will be shipped as planned, but the subscription will not be renewed.

5. Delivery

Subscription products are delivered to the address provided when ordering.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your address and contact information is correct.
Delivery time may vary depending on carrier and destination.

6. Price and terms adjustments

Konquer reserves the right to change the price, discount or delivery frequency of subscriptions.
Such changes will be notified at least 30 days before they come into effect .
You can cancel your subscription if you do not wish to accept the changes.

7. Right of withdrawal and return

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on the first delivery in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, provided that the item is unused and in original packaging.
Subsequent deliveries are not covered by the right of withdrawal, but can be exchanged or returned by agreement.

8. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
The information is only used to administer the subscription, payment and mailings.
